Mr. Hutcheson is an active Engineering Advisor specializing in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), telecommunications, infrastructure engineering & Telematics. As a former designated U. S. Expert in Transportation, he served U.S. Fleet Management interests on the Organization for International Standardization (ISO) Technical Committee (TC) 204, which is chartered with harmonization of transportation (TELEMATICS) issues at the international level.
In the past, Mr. Hutcheson has served ISO/TC204 as a Voting Member of the Technical Advisory Group (TAG) (from 1995 to 2000) & he was the Chairman of the Working Advisory Group (WAG) to ISO TC204 WG6, "General Fleet Management". He also served WG6 as Rapporteur (General Secretary) from 1994 to 1997.
